Have you heard the good news? Senate Bill 174 signed by Gov. Andy Beshear on 4/24/20, amends KRS 161.1211 to allow National Board certification to qualify a teacher for Rank II status & updates the Rank I requirements to reflect this change. Projected effective date: 7/14/20.
