Here’s What We’ve Been Up To!
Young voices, powerful impact!
On March 26, 2026, Crest Research and Development Institute (CRADI), in partnership with the @drepcentre, convened youths from Plateau and Benue States in Makurdi for a transformative Peace & Freedom of Religion or Belief Festival. Through poetry, drama, and cultural expression, participants challenged stereotypes and promoted unity.
Key messages:
· Respect for diversity is the foundation for lasting peace
· Freedom of religion or belief must be protected for all
· Youth must lead in challenging hate, stereotypes, and intolerance
· Cultural expression is a powerful tool for healing and dialogue
Together, participants committed to sustaining peace efforts beyond the project building bridges across communities. 🤝
