@BadisaTrio I’ve logged a safeguarding referral with you about a child abuse disclosure and have not yet had a response from your social work team. I would be grateful if you could follow up with me on this. Social worker is Mnr. Arends.
5. Building Brand Worlds with Belonging
The best brand stories don’t talk at you — they invite you in. Whether it’s donors, staff, or young people — everyone belongs in the world these charities are building. It’s not just narrative. It’s community. https://t.co/37Nd9Ly1re
🚨 How charities turn impact into stories you believe in: What can orgs like @RightThereOrg + @childrensociety teach us about using digital storytelling ethically, emotionally, and effectively?

4. Embrace the Unpolished
These stories aren’t slick.
They’re raw, honest, sometimes messy — and that’s why they work.
@RightThereOrg + @childrensociety show us what happens when orgs stop polishing and start listening.
This makes storytelling memorable.
@ryanserhant isn’t just selling real estate - he’s selling a story you want to be part of. In this 2-part blog I share about how digital storytelling shapes brand identity, emotion and aspiration in the commercial world #storytelling#branding https://t.co/XFVXBFauUn
@AvantiWestCoast can you help me? I got this email after making a claim but only one leg of my journey was delayed. Do I need to submit the claim for the start station and the end station - or the leg that was delayed?
Such good insight from @benswart at @NHSCharities Fundraising for Impact event on “the curse of knowledge” and how it affects the language we use in charity fundraising. More examples = more firepower. #NHSCharityFundraising
@NHSCharities#NHSCharityFundraising@WeRevolutionise recommends 10 year growth goal and 90 day progress points for charities (at which you flex and adapt your plan). No such thing as key milestones along the way - because things change, sometimes daily!
Wow it’s great to be in the room with my people - charity fundraisers - at the @NHSCharities Fundraising for Impact event, speaking on behalf of @sonnetimpact. Can’t wait to share and learn #NHSCharitiesFundraising

@NiallsBro Do you mean it’s related to health & safety? i.e. Baggage handlers shouldn’t carry more than 23kgs per bag otherwise an injury may result and Virgin will have a lawsuit on their hands?
@VirginAtlantic flew premium economy from South Africa to London which entitles 2x 23 kg bags. I had one bag of 25kgs. I was forced to take 2kgs of stuff out my bag and put it in my husbands bag which weighed 20kgs (who also had an allowance of 2x 23 kgs bags). WTAF?!
Requesting help from the twittersphere: does anybody know of a useful gpt / AI that can spit out infographics or visuals if you feed it the content you want and an idea of how to put it together?
@VirginAtlantic I appreciate your policy is your policy. But please tell me you agree that it lacks complete common sense? The premium economy weight limit is 46kg per person and my bag weighed only 25kgs? Weight is weight no matter how many bags it is packed into!
@taxconsultingsa Vat refund office at OR Tambo refused to believe I live in the IJK, despite being here for 20 years, and providing them with UK drivers licence, 2x utility bills, P60 and my British passport. They wanted my naturalisation certificate I got 15 years ago! Ridiculous.
