Us bank wrote my 78 yr old mom a trad. IRA w/out earned income & for double what is allowed if she had earned income 🤦🏼‍♀️ she had asked for a CD…. bank manager admitted their errors to us & now bring jerks-suggestions? The IRS will penalize her for this. Suggestions? @usbank
