So there’s a bit of coronavirus I want to shed a little perspective on as someone with chronic illnesses - the long term effects.
Dying is scary, but we all know that. But I suspect some people without chronic conditions have no idea what it’s like to live with one.
My colleague and I have spent months trying to teach a new process to a certain team. All other teams have had about a 90% success rate with this new process. But not this team. I’m starting to understand why the rest of the company just lets them do everything else wrong too

Today's challenges to unfuck your various habitats:
-Find 5 things out of place in your home and put them back where they belong
-Follow 5 accounts of Black writers or activists speaking on #BlackLivesMatter
-If you can, donate $5 to a bail fund or local mutual aid org

Got a few people announcing their unfollows because they’re here for cleaning tips, not anti-racism. That’s fine. If you don’t see how this is working toward unfucking a larger habitat, you’ll probably be more comfortable with a different housekeeping system.
Today, take a look at who you’re following on social media. Are you seeing the words of Black activists, academics, businesspeople, and influencers? Purposefully diversify your feed, & remember that you don’t need to participate in every conversation. That’s how you learn & grow.

Today, read something by a new-to-you Black writer, find a Black-owned business to support, and amplify Black voices, especially those you’ve learned something from. If you’re in a position to, donate to bail funds or mutual aid organizations.
