Dear @RwandaHealth@nsanzimanasabin@mnls_nke we need more psychologist specifically for health care providers, we need place to decongest.
Eg 1: When I loose a patient I am supposed to act normal so that I keep treating other patients. 1/6
Contributing to this cause is another stone toward building our community. Your support means a lot to someone’s health because by donating only 3k you have already covered his/her mutuelle for the whole year.
Hello everyone we are happy to let you know that we partnered with MC Brian and Friends @ShemNateteBrian In One For One Edition 3 which aims to pay for mutuelle for people in need of health insurance. 3000rwf covers a person for the whole year , Your contribution means a lot 🙏
@KabasingaI@RwandaHealth@nsanzimanasabin@mnls_nke As a researcher on medical liability, who grasped case laws with various incidents in our hospitals (even the best ones), I do understand your appeal and pain. This is one of the factors contributing to medical malpractices in our health care system. Your voice would be heard!
@KabasingaI@RwandaHealth@nsanzimanasabin@mnls_nke Dr Innocente, you are totally right. Health care providers need to care for themselves as they for the patients they see. We probably need also Health psychologists in the health sector, in addition to what clinical psychologists do.

@DGishoma@mnls_nke@RwandaHealth@nsanzimanasabin@RBCRwanda I really understand and appreciate the effort done. But all am saying it’s not enough, for example how many psychiatrists in district hospitals ? the answer is none, how many psychologists do we have and how many mental health nurses do we have? Even them they are exhausted 😩
Hello; @nsanzimanasabin, owning a @RwandaHealth public media to educating on the challenges medical professionals face and promoting mutual understanding btn them & patients. This could improve understanding and empathy in #Rwanda healthcare. And reduce the amount of blame game.
Dr we got you back😭 imagine more than 1h50min in CPR then she/he gone then you come out to announce bad news to the family and at the same time you took another patients files and after you went home sleep and come back tomorrow like nothing was happened 😭

It’s my humbly request please affiliate more psychologist for health care providers. If not enough train them we need them. Otherwise don’t expect us to have empathy, it’s the sad truth but it’s the reality 6/6 @RwandaMedicalAs
For us it’s easy to understand but patients have their own perceptive & all they need is quality care. They look at themselves as individuals but we make decisions as whole.
Our mental health is at stake If you disagree with me at least do research among health care providers 5/6
The journey from 2017-2023 has come to an end, it has been a mixture of emotions but overall I am happy and grateful for endless support from my family, friends, lectures and anyone we encountered who supported me to navigate this difficult journey.
