Worst service by @HDFCLIFE insurance. For the last 3 months, I have been following up for an amendment in my term insurance policy. Despite multiple visits to the local office and continuous calls/emails with Jaipur officials, my issue remains unresolved.

Is this discrimination against RGHS beneficiaries acceptable? Patients should not be denied medical consultation in this manner. Requesting concerned authorities and hospital management to look into this issue urgently.

Very disappointing experience with @CKBHospitals @CKBHospital
My wife’s appointment was denied merely because she had previously consulted under RGHS. Even after offering to pay in cash, hospital staff refused consultation saying “RGHS patients cannot be seen.”

The things are getting easier. Toady I filed a IT Return and it is processed within a minute. In some of cases refund has been credited within 7-10 days which was previously take 1-2 months. It is really appreciable. #CPC_2.0
