There is no authority for leaving the grounds on some city excursion. These 2 women need arrested, have their citizenship status checked, any license revoked and deported

If they are daycare workers, they do not have any authority for taking these toddlers in diapers outside of the facility grounds. Parents leave them there so they know where their kids are at all times

Daycare workers handling toddlers in diapers do not have the authority for 'field trips' out and about town. Arrest them

There should be plenty of toys and playgrounds activities on their premises. I bet the parents didn't even know of this
