@calebtlaird I think it's interesting, a lot of people think creative stuff, like writing and drawing is purely and always passion. There is discipline in there as well.

Also a bunch of people bragging about irrelevant stuff, like how many push ups they did this morning
I think people get often confused with what is genuine depression and just intense sadness.
I think it is real, but it's rare and doesn't affect most people.
However, intense sadness instead affects those people, because they are unhappy with a lot of things in their life, yet choose to do nothing about it.
Depression is specifically being upset with absolutely no reason behind it. Most people have a reason for their 'depression'
Grind Culture doesn't care about results, nor your mental health, nor your physical health.
It cares ONLY cares about grinding and that's the problem.
Like I'm not even sure the people following this hustle culture even want to succeed, they work for the sake of it.
