@discord_support @discord My 8-year-old account received three “spam” violations simply for trying to join a server through Chrome.

I did not post or send any content. The same invite worked immediately through the Discord iPhone app, which strongly suggests this was an automated browser-related false positive.

The violation says I “must verify” my account, even though it is already verified by both email and phone number. There is no additional verification available for me to complete.

Worse, these violations remain on my account until July 9, 2028.

I submitted three appeals, but each received the same generic response claiming that Discord reviewed my “content” and upheld the decision. There was no content to review. I was only attempting to join a server.

Could someone please arrange an actual human review of the account activity and these violations?

@discord Is it normal for my account to get 3 "You broke the rules of spam" in less than a minute after failing to join a server?
3 failed server joins (after successful captcha + 2FA) become 3 violations that will expire in 2028.
