Even they didn't buy verification mark on Twitter, Based on what I have personally experienced and observed, I believe Dollar Tree has treated many employees poorly. In my opinion, the company is extremely focused on cutting costs. Even small expenses seem to be avoided.
Many employees have also complained about working in very hot stores during the summer because the air conditioning is not always adequately used. Excessive heat can make working conditions very difficult and may contribute to health problems for some employees, especially those with high blood pressure or other medical conditions.
I hope the company takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements for both its employees and customers.

I would like to speak directly with the CEO or senior leadership of Dollar Tree regarding a very serious matter involving the Westmont Plaza, NJ store.

How could your company terminate Miss Wade after she contracted COVID-19 on March 6, 2025, allegedly after assisting a customer who was infected and not following mask precautions? Miss Wade had dedicated 24 years of service to Dollar Tree, and after becoming ill, she was dismissed and did not receive what she believed were her rightful benefits and support.

One year later, on March 28, 2026, Miss Wade passed away. Her family has been facing serious difficulties, including issues related to life insurance coverage following her termination.

I am requesting that Dollar Tree leadership review this situation and investigate the actions of the management at the Westmont Plaza location. After 24 years of loyalty and service, every employee deserves to be treated with dignity, fairness, and respect, especially after becoming ill while serving customers.

I respectfully request a response from corporate leadership regarding this matter.
