It was 350k originally, brought down to 100k per dose (8-9 doses per patient). Note this is biontech not MRNA and cost can go lower with upscaling but still very expensive

@BiotechObserver The primary endpoint was time to first compex at 12 weeks with a HR of 0.6. this is ambitious for a novel surrogate endpoint which has yet to be validated. A HR of 0.65 would still constitute lack of efficacy. They also recruited in some odd countries. Let's wait and see

@timrpeterson Trials hit with less genetic evidence all the time. Ppl coming out the woodwork now, where are the ppl pre topline saying the genetic evidence isn't good enough and the trial fails? It was a big swing and it missed. Disagree with hindsight "oh but if you knew X it was obvious"
