Good morning

The existing structure issue!

1. My office has noted that there’s allot of impersonation by individuals calling themselves PLU and using none existent groups braced as PLU to extort people.

2. I have also noted that there’s either deliberate or unintentional undermining of existent structures so far formed in some subregions and districts.

First and foremost, PLU is one organization and there has been no creation of subsidiary structures except the appointed structures done by our Chairman .

In areas where structures were appointed by our chairman , we shall maintain the status quo and those structures will help us build the District/ municipality , Subcounty/Division , parish/ward, village/cell coordinators in subregions where leadership already exist, but first we are going to start with completing regional structures then scale it downwards.
The appointed structures must be respected

I call upon your patience as we wait for our chairman @mkainerugaba to appoint the remaining subregions

That said, all activities related or planned to include PLU must be expressed to and cleared by the office of General Secretary with guidance and consultation from our able Chairman @mkainerugaba to avoid extortionist tendencies and putting Plu in bad light.

For the Diaspora community, I have noted your concerns and in due course I will share with our Chairman for a way forward
