Speed School Week 9

🔥It was a great day of Fly 10's. Today's group matched last weeks whole group average with a 20yd lead in at 1.14🔥

Lots of PR's for our kids and it is great to see growth from consistent work!

There was some major competition to crack the top 5 in all of our runs!

🔥Kaeden M tied for the best all-time Fly 10 w/ a 5yd lead in🔥

The Tuesday morning group improved the whole group average on the Rolling 90 Right 10 yd fly, 1.89 ➡️1.83
