“Giving up” [ mentally and in actual use ] daily-use Western pants and shirts etc may be difficult for most of us … after centuries
[ … although many of our women at least … to my admiration … have been wearing sarees churidaars etc all along ]
… but discarding British-style judicial robes should have been very easy after 1947
… and certainly … abandoning gowns etc that are used only on rare occasions like Convocations … clothes that do not become a daily habit … that should have been absolutely the easiest to do .

In December 2025, the Allahabad High Court passed a very important order

While hearing a case in which a man had been chargesheeted for disparaging Hinduism while luring people into Christianity, the court observed that the accused, Jitendra Sahani, had described his religion as "Hindu" in the court affidavit

The chargesheet however stated that Jitendra had been baptised, was a practising Christian and was even working as a pastor

The court questioned how a baptised pastor could claim to be Hindu

It then issued the following directions:

- Inquiry against Jitendra Sahani for forgery and appropriate legal action

- Various government authorities - including the Cabinet Secretary, Govt of India; Chief Secretary, Govt of Uttar Pradesh; Principal Secretary, Minority Welfare Department, UP; Additional Chief Secretary, Social Welfare Department, UP; and all District Magistrates in UP - to act within four months to cancel Scheduled Caste certificates held by every person who had converted

That four-month deadline expired in April 2026

Sewa Nyaya Utthan Foundation (@sewanyaya) is now legally intervening to ascertain the status of compliance with the High Court's directions

Note: We run a dedicated project, Samvidhan, to see full enforcement of Clause 3 of the Constitution SC Order 1950 which states that a person is not eligible for Scheduled Caste status and benefits after conversion to Islam or Christianity

Avoiding back pain is paramount @PrinceArihan Sir 🙏 .

My roommate once yelled at me [ rightfully so ] for sleeping on the sofa and potentially incurring a bad back . He knew firsthand the intense pain and debilitating state … especially since we were students away from family … with no backup [ so to speak 😀 ] support if we fell ill .

Maybe revisit your decision [ unless you merely misread the fitness of your body to handle heavy bags and run ] … for next time ?

Could you have missed the train instead … hired a cab … or flown ?

A couple of years ago … I did my version of water-only Ekadashi Vratam fortnightly a few times [ maybe 12 out of 16 times over 8 months ]
… first time in Life for me .

I would begin at the start of Ekadashi
[ or 3-4 hrs earlier sometimes … eg last snack at 4pm on Day 1 … for a Thithi start of 7pm ]
… and end the Vratam at onset of 2-hr PaaraNaa time window
[ onset of PaaraNaa = say 12 noon on Day 3 in this example ] .

That’s 44 hrs of water-only Vratam in one particular instance ie the above example .

And one is supposed to also do prayers / pooja etc which I didn’t do . And I only did this 2 years ago … unlike people who have been strictly following these Vratams all their lives 🙏 … and walking on long yaatras … climbing hills … etc etc 🙏🪔🙏 .

Chinthada Anand Paul from Andhra’s Guntur has been a Pentecostal pastor for 15 years

For years, he has organised gatherings of people fraudulently promising them miraculous cure through his prayer if they accepted Jesus as their “saviour”

In 2021, activist Akkala Ramireddy disrupted his gathering, objecting to conversion of Hindus

Paul filed an FIR against Ramireddy under Scheduled Caste Atrocity Act

Trial started. Paul’s lawyer presented his SC certificate in court, saying that when he was Hindu, he belonged to the Madiga jaati, a Scheduled Caste in Andhra Pradesh

Ramireddy’s lawyer objected saying that document was invalid as Paul had converted to Christianity

In May 2025, Andhra Pradesh high court ruled in favour of Ramireddy, citing Clause 3 of Constitution (Scheduled Castes) Order, 1950 that allows SC status only for practicing Hindus, Buddhists and Sikhs

Paul challenged it in Supreme Court. There too, Ramireddy won the case

In March 2026, Supreme Court reaffirmed that practicing Christians and Muslims can NEITHER claim Scheduled Caste reserved quota NOR slap SC Atrocity Act on anyone as their SC certificates were no more valid

Last week, Paul pleaded for review of the Supreme Court verdict

The Court dismissed it, reiterating that he cannot use SC atrocity Act

Captain Santosh Kumar,
a retired Army officer who noticed something wrong the moment he came home.

He returned to Muthanallur in Anekal Taluk after retiring from the Army in 2008. Every monsoon, roads flooded while nearby lakes stayed dry, and that contradiction bothered him enough to start digging.

He documented lakes and stormwater drains across the taluka and traced the problem to Bengaluru's buried Raja Kaluves between 2017 to 2019. Ancient channels that once moved rainwater from lake to lake. He found British-era maps from 1923 and used them to walk village by village, matching old waterways against what had been built over them.

While studying the link between Muthanallur and Bidaraguppe lakes, he identified four historic Raja Kaluves. One had been so thoroughly encroached that it no longer looked like a waterway at all. Working with residents, he got approvals from the Minor Irrigation Department and restored nearly four kilometres of it, reconnecting it to Battalakere Lake.

The lakes he helped revive are believed to be close to 1,000 years old, some dating back to the reign of Rajaraja Chola I.

This monsoon, neighboring areas flooded again but not Muthanallur.

The fix already existed, buried under a century of concrete, waiting for someone to go looking with an old map instead of a new budget.

A tale of two girls - on the left is Riddhi Patel, a girl from a so called Free Country, in 2024 she threatened to kill the Mayor of Bakersfield, America - was immediately jailed and later sent to a compulsory Mental health diversion programme which ended recently in 2026
On the right is the girl from India, which they claim to be under a fascist regime, she threatened to kill the Prime Minister of India, no action has been taken against her. She is still going scot free.
