@AppleSupport @tim_cook @Apple I'm extremely disappointed with Apple's service. My last resort is to reach out here in the hope of finding a solution. Otherwise, I've had a very unpleasant experience. I won't recommend iOS to anyone in my social circle or office.

I visited the service center, where they assured me there was no issue and updated the mobile, promising it would solve the problem. However, after three months, the issue persisted. I visited the service center thrice more but found no solution. @AppleSupport @tim_cook @Apple
