@LeoneIssues Honestly I am happy that a Sierra Leonean gets to be Chairman for ECOWAS since Sierra Leone chaired in 1981-1982. ECOWAS had 16 member states. how could it be rotational when we've had countries like Gambia as Chair 1989-1990, 1991-1992?

@dsengeh @julius_maadabio Congratulations H.E. Bio. He is not the first Sierra Leonean President to be appointed Chairman of ECOWAS. Former President Siaka Probyn Steven (RIP) was the first Sierra Leone President to attain such position in 1981-1982. RIM includes presenting ur facts right also.
