Thanks to El-rufai for the local Gov't autonomy in kaduna state for the last one year. The LGs are today executing projects and paying Salaries.

A full autonomy will help block leakages thereby affording the LGs enough resources for projects execution. The LGs should be responsible for payment of teachers salaries as against SUBEB.
