CONTINUITY IN LEADERSHIP, CONSISTENCY IN PROGRESS
Leadership is not merely about making promises; it is about delivering results that people can see, feel, and benefit from. Over the past years, Kaduna State has witnessed deliberate investments in infrastructure, education, healthcare, security, youth empowerment, and economic development under the administration of .
The true measure of governance is not in political slogans but in the lives transformed, communities connected, businesses supported, and opportunities created for the people. As Kaduna continues its journey toward greater peace, prosperity, and inclusive development, continuity offers the chance to consolidate gains, complete ongoing projects, and deepen reforms that are already yielding positive outcomes.
The People's Charter of Needs remains a reminder that government exists to serve the people, and sustainable progress is built on consistency, vision, and a commitment to the common good.
4 years of impact. 4 more years of progress. A stronger, safer, and more prosperous Kaduna is possible when development remains on course.

@instablog9ja Is there any developed country that is devoid of private schools?
"Education for all, is the responsibility of all."
I learnt how to read and write at home not school.
There is nothing wrong with the Governor's statement. Mischief makers can use it to massage their ego.
@EUgwu28186@instablog9ja Even the mass wedding that are being done in some states, majority of individuals do their thing alone.
Education for all, is the responsibility of all.
Tell me one country that there is no private school.
You guys should stop being unreasonable
@THECHOICEBACKup@instablog9ja "Education for all is the responsibility of all."
Tell me one country that doesn't have private schools? It means the government alone can't do it.
@graceman_04@instablog9ja Even the Hajj is both government and private sponsorship. Mention one reasonable country that doesn't have a private institution. If there is none, then education is certainly the responsibility of all.
@Mayor_of__benue@instablog9ja This comment makes sense for your mind?
Alakija invested over 35bn in the Teaching Hospital of State.
Is there any country where all the educational institutions are 100% government financed? No private institutions in them?
I need an honest answer from you.
“KADUNA SCORES ANOTHER BIG WIN UNDER UBA SANI”
By Raheem Braimah
The recent announcement of the 2025 Phillips Consulting State Performance Index (pSPI) has illuminated Kaduna State’s remarkable progress, ranking it third nationally and awarding it an Excellent Four-Star Rating. This accolade not only showcases the state’s achievements but also serves as an independent validation of the transformative and inclusive leadership exemplified by Governor Uba Sani since he assumed office on May 29, 2023.
The significance of this ranking is profound. It reflects measurable advancements in governance, fiscal management, economic development, infrastructure, healthcare, education, agriculture, security, and social inclusion. Utilising a robust methodology that combines objective performance indicators with citizen feedback, the assessment illustrates Kaduna’s substantial strides in critical areas vital to the well-being of its citizens.
Governor Sani’s leadership style has been characterized by a commitment to dialogue, inclusion, and meaningful service over mere propaganda. This approach resonates deeply in a state previously beset by insecurity and social fragmentation. Upon assuming office, Sani faced a daunting landscape where banditry and violent attacks had become commonplace, leading to a crisis of confidence among the populace. Rather than succumbing to despair, he chose to rebuild trust through focused initiatives.
A cornerstone of Governor Sani’s security strategy is the Kaduna Peace Model. By working closely with security agencies, traditional leaders, and local stakeholders, the administration has adopted a holistic approach to peace-building, addressing not only immediate security threats but also their underlying causes. This multidimensional strategy has yielded impressive results, with reports indicating a significant reduction in violent crime rates. Communities previously paralysed by fear are regaining their confidence, farmers are returning to their fields, and schools that once faced disruptions are now operational.
In fiscal management, the Governor Sani administration has exhibited remarkable discipline. Faced with substantial debt obligations, the governor opted for restraint, prioritizing fiscal sustainability over short-term gains. This prudent governance approach has seen Kaduna State repay more than ₦90 billion in inherited debts without incurring new loans, a feat that underscores responsible governance. The administration’s commitment to transparency has fostered investor confidence, enhancing revenue collection and reducing dependency on external funding sources.
Equally remarkable has been the restoration of confidence in Kaduna’s financial management architecture. Under Uba Sani, transparency and accountability ceased to be rhetorical ornaments and became measurable governance principles. For two consecutive years, Kaduna emerged as Nigeria’s most transparent and accountable state, according to the Transparency and Integrity Index released by the Centre for Fiscal Transparency and Public Integrity, supported by the MacArthur Foundation.
This ranking was not accidental. Kaduna institutionalized open procurement systems, strengthened citizen engagement frameworks, expanded fiscal transparency mechanisms, and deepened the Open Government Partnership framework through its extended State Action Plan III covering 2024–2027. Governance increasingly became participatory rather than opaque.
Perhaps nowhere is the administration’s reformist instinct more visible than in revenue generation. At the time Governor Sani assumed office, Kaduna’s monthly internally generated revenue hovered around ₦5 billion. Through tax reforms, automation, expansion of the tax net, and improved ease of doing business, Kaduna rapidly emerged as the leading internally generated revenue-performing state in Northern Nigeria.

Governor Uba Sani’s three years of inclusive governance have brought remarkable transformation across Kaduna State through massive road construction, hospital rehabilitation, improved education, rural electrification, water projects, agricultural support, and youth empowerment initiatives.
His peaceful, people-oriented leadership has promoted unity, improved infrastructure, expanded healthcare and education, and restored hope to communities across all zones of the state irrespective of ethnic, religious or political affiliation.
Through vision, humility, and commitment to development, he has continued to build a safer and more prosperous Kaduna State. These achievements clearly make him deserving of a second term for continuity and sustained progress.

EL-RUFAI’S POLITICS OF BETRAYAL
ADC primaries in Kaduna exposed what many loyalists have long feared: loyalty only matters when it serves one family and a tiny inner circle.
From APC to SDP to ADC, many followed El-Rufai believing in a movement built on justice and merit. Instead, aspirants were allegedly screened out, tickets manipulated and genuine loyalists sidelined for predetermined candidates.
Mainan Zazzau, Jafaru Sani, Nasiru Maikano, Suleiman Wakili, Sheikh Tijjani and many others defended the structure through difficult times, only to be abandoned when positions were shared.
Now party members openly complain that Assembly and Reps tickets are allegedly being controlled through Bello El-Rufai and a small political camp.
The irony is that this injustice may hand APC and Senator Uba Sani an easier victory in 2027. A party that cannot conduct fair primaries or respect loyal members cannot present itself as an alternative.
The tragedy is not disagreement.
The tragedy is betrayal.

He made the declaration yesterday during the institution's 70th combined convocation ceremony at the Main Campus in Tudun Wada, Kaduna.
