اعتقلت السلطات يوم الإثنين 1 جوان 2026 شاباً من ذوي الإعاقة ومصاباً بالتوحد وأودعته السجن على خلفية أغنية راب كان قد نشرها على حسابه سنة 2018 عندما كان يبلغ من العمر 14 عاماً.

ووفق المعطيات الأولية، تعود بداية القضية إلى يوم 21 أوت 2025، عندما أوقف عونان بزي مدني الشاب في معتمدية مساكن من ولاية سوسة وطلبا منه الاستظهار ببطاقة تعريفه الوطنية وهاتفه الجوال وقام العونان بتفقد حسابه على فيسبوك قبل اقتياده إلى إقليم الشرطة بباب بحر في سوسة.
وبعد نحو عشرة أشهر من انطلاق القضية، أكد والد الشاب محمد خليل بن فربد أن الحرس الوطني بسوسة طلبوا منه الحضور يوم 1 جوان 2026 لتسلّم استدعاء، قبل أن يُفاجأ بوجود حكم غيابي وتفتيش في حق ابنه، ليتم اقتياد الابن إلى المحكمة بتونس قبل نقله إلى سجن المرناقية وتحديد جلسة جديدة للنظر في القضية يوم الأربعاء 10 جوان 2026.

وأكد الأب أن ابنه يحمل بطاقة إعاقة ذهنية منذ سن الرابعة ويعاني من اضطراب التوحد، معتبراً أن ملاحقته بسبب أغنية راب تونسية نُشرت قبل سنوات طويلة وأثناء فترة المراهقة تمثل ظلماً كبيراً.

وأثارت القضية ردود فعل غاضبة بين عدد من النشطاء الذين عبّروا عن غضبهم من ملاحقة شاب من ذوي الإعاقة بسبب محتوى يعود إلى ثماني سنوات مضت، معتبرين أن مثل هذه القضايا تأتي في وقت تتزايد فيه الانتقادات بشأن ملاحقة الشباب بسبب منشورات أو تعبيرات منشورة على شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي.
