Pakistan has only around 1.08 doctors per 1,000 people.

That means 1 doctor for almost 923 people.

Very bad ratio. Very dangerous for patients.

And now trained doctors are being pushed out because of low pay, unsafe hospitals, burnout and no real future.

Pakistan spends years training doctors.

Then other countries take the benefit.

This is not smart policy.

A country with low doctor density cannot afford doctor migration.

Pay them fairly.
Retain them.
Protect patients.
