Yesterday, on the 18th of October 2026, I had the honour of representing His Excellency President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni at the fundraiser for the Archdiocese of Mbarara Development Fund at Rushere Catholic Parish, in Kiruhura District. In a viral social media video, Kawooya is seen confronting Dr Robert Candia of Arua Regional Referral Hospital for allegedly disrespecting her by addressing her while keeping his hands in his pockets during an official engagement at the hospital.
