My husband and I were driving to the store last night well before dark and a guy “fell asleep” at the while and almost went off the mountain but he crashed into a rock and totaled his car. Tattooed from head to toe in prison tattoos, he looked rough so Forrest told me to lock the door and he went out to make sure he was ok. He was, but it was very clear he was high on heroin/fentanyl. They stood and talked , so I rolled down the window to listen and I heard Forrest LOVINGLY but directly tell him that he can tell he’s on drugs and he didn’t fall asleep but nodded off and he could’ve died, or killed someone else.. he told him there is no future in this, he told the guy he knows how that is because he’s done it... This was an opportunity for him to share his story, and what Jesus has done. The Lord uses great sin to bring about repentance. Our past and this man’s…God can use for good.

Never let anyone shame you for your testimony because God will use it mightily.

Please pray for this man, he wasn’t more than 28 and just got out of prison, he’s broken and it was clear by the humility he showed in telling Forrest the truth about what was going on after Forrest lovingly called him out on it. May The Lord be magnified. I hope he calls Forrest 🙏🏼
