@JetBlue Truly the worst customer service. Y do I have 2 be the one to DEAL w/ YOUR contracted courier service. Isn't that UR responsibility? My family is utterly disgusted @ how terribly U have handled our luggage & this situation esp since we R attending a funeral 2DAY w/ no clothes.
@JetBlue flew JFK-IAH 4 a funeral w/husband & daughter. Missing luggage. No one @ baggage claim to assist/No baggage counter. Waited in line @ arrivals counter only to be given the wrong info. Called 2day 4 status update, still can't locate our bags. Where is our luggage?
@JetBlue Was told our luggage was sent express delivery & delivery in 1-2 hrs. 6 hours later called baggage claim & told the courier can't confirm they have it bc their truck nvr made it to the warehouse due to "issues." then was transfered to the courier service. No status update. No eta
@JetBlue My bag has been on the carousel for over an hour and one of my suitcases was picked up by another passager from another flight! Why was my suitcases just sitting out on the carousel for so long and not picked up by a jetblue staff?!?
@Saatva@ramon_cova They reached out to me last week & said that the mattress would reach the distribution company on Fri. Was also told that they would reach out to me to coordinate. Nope. Nothing of the sort! I ordered this mattress at the beginning of June! Ridiculous!! Awful company!
@freshlypicked um, sharp metal piece hanging off of your diaper mat for your bag which stabbed my finger as I was trying to open it. Still waiting to hear back from your CS. Thanks. #freshlypicked
