@SwiggyCares I ordered a boxer from instamart but the fit is not perfect.
I reached out to team for resolution but totally unsatisfactory because they said exchange isn’t possible for this product now, what should I do to it.
Please provide exchange bcoz it’s of no use to me.

I’m a loyal @Swiggy one customer for 4 years,
The experience I had was totally disappointing,
Now the plan is no more effective at all.
The delivery time showed 15 minutes then it got picked up with other order, and now it comes in 30 minutes.

I canceled the below order because the delivery was delayed it says cancellation takes 20 minutes and I’m waiting for the refund for 3 days now.
Everyday I’m told that please wait for 24 hours.
Is this how you make experience better

I just wanted to suggest an improvement tip for Zomato and u hope you take it positively,
Whenever I order snacks I get too many ketchups and I’m sure many people too get left with lot of ketchups,
Like no cutlery plz add an option for no ketchups

I’m sure this will save a lot of ketchup wastage, I alone have almost 40-50 ketchups and sachets of origano and chilli flakes !
