@ContraPoints It's a genuine question. Why can't we eat babies? What's so unethical about it? Say the babies are killed harmlessly and are abandoned meaning nobody cares about them. What's wrong with eating them? Who is wronged? This is why we need ethics to be discussed.

Better than summary executions though.

@CedarAndWood @patthegoat0 Sure but this isn't a legal justification, it's a moral one. It's fine to admit that it's "victor's justice" while also saying that the Nazis deserved it despite technically committing no crime.

@KeyTryer The process is more "human" than diffusion models. You have to do more work for each individual part of the process, which is why it's more intentional. That's exactly why it's more "soulful."

However, it requires some knowledge of aesthetics and perhaps a little ethics to defend that claim as many people in the arts hate the term "entertainment" or "escapism."

@Webtoon_art @avidfilm You're an artist, do you believe art is objectively good? Can a movie that is considered good by critics and enjoyed by everyone be objectively bad? Is it mind-independent? These are philosophical questions. Aesthetics is a branch of philosophy.

@yawaramin @avidfilm Yes, they can also be viewed from a philosophical lens. Are you not familiar with philosophy? I hate how uneducated people are with philosophy. If anything, the most defensible statement is "everything is philosophical"
