I watched this sleeping cat and listened for just 1 min.
Felt my blood pressure decrease and my brain still.
Definitely recommend for when stressed.

@OrthopodReg Ouch my vertebral discs are screaming.
I spend quite a lot of time in theatres positioning my assistants and telling them to stand up straight.
No heroics just sensible practice
@drsarahtennant As a doubly qualified BDS and MBChB I am still astounded that as a medic I am not obliged to do IRMER training but as a dentist I have to demonstrate 5 yearly training to maintain my GDC registration.
I can order significantly higher doses of radiation as a medic.
@DrBenLovell 1. Have a strong put of office. "I will not be reading my emails. If urgent what's app or resend"
2. Clear two hours in diary and start at top.
3. Steadily work through over few days and remind people you have been away.

@RachaelMay11 My favourite.
Lying on the lawn looking...
Up at the canopy
Down at the grass
Over to the poplar
Across at the scribble on my pad
I am becoming inspired to do the challenge too
@GinnyAB@WomenSurgeonsUK@OrthoWomen I enjoyed this book but made me feel sad at the nonsense we put up with daily.
I remember Basic Surgical Skills... the endoscopy instruments kept slipping because my hands weren't bulky enough.
But also at "a certain age" we lose our value.
More "visible men" should read it.
