Really disappointed in @plusnet and how they have handled our moving house! They knew we moved in on 18th, sent openreach out to connect us on 23rd and then disconnected us last night! Now they tell us we have to wait 48 hours to be reconnected even though it’s their mess up!

Literally the worst customer service possible from @HSBC_UK
10 days just for them to turn around and say they need to pass on a query to a valuer and now they can’t even give timescales for an answer. Our whole house move is at risk because of them and they just don’t care!
