@Nuclearboi123@Grummz The player counts were so low because destiny leadership delayed their content drop to allow marathon "room to breathe". Marathon flopped, and because Bungie bet the farm on it, D2 got shitcanned.
Now the Devs are allowed to make it fun B4 it dies, it brings ppl back to try.
@JoshSha40074340@RbrB83384293@podCodex@TheMicahCarta@HazelAppleyard Does that pass the smell test in court? Girlfriend receives a 2.5k PC on her birthday, and you'd argue it wasn't a birthday gift? She knew it was coming so there's an evidence trail.
If true, this guy is just hurt and wants to claw back stuff. Sometimes best to walk away.
@RealGrizzled@Gladd It's not too surprising tbh. In court they had to provide YouTube videos of removed red war content because it was deleted, and they couldn't pull anything back up.
@Firefightingma1@ZeldaZealot@WeebGuru6 It was acknowledged way back in the day all air nomads were benders. I remember watching on Nickelodeon the series had little factoid popups and one of them was everyone in the air nation was an air bender
@Kelgorath7277@algrier1992@Arrrrash Yeah that's them giving marathon "breathing room" which seems to be allowing it a dying breath.
There should be a DLC release in June, I'm expecting that goes out as it should be done but afterwards if it doesn't hit numbers who knows
@Kelgorath7277@algrier1992@Arrrrash Bungie can't seem to have an activity that doesn't get casuals mad that they can't achieve it. Examples being trials, and contest raids.
I do believe there should be areas of the game that casuals can't touch, or have to actually work to achieve.
@algrier1992@Arrrrash Bungie's eternal struggle. Making things too casual that it invalidates the effort of the hardcore, and making things too difficult that the Xbox dad of 4 can't finish it in the only 20 minutes of gaming he gets an evening
@beforethecuts @riseupmerc@MarathonMedia01 So this live service game has to squeeze out incredible revenue from an already dwindling player pop. Alright, give it 50 years at current player rate Bungie might get it's investment back, but the big capital has already been earned.
