🇳🇱🔴 "It wasn't a German man. It was an Iraqi who had applied for asylum in Germany."
14-year-old girl Tamar from the Dutch city of Marken was hit and killed by an Iraqi driver while she was walking on a road in July 2020.
Here is her mother telling Dutch media that the police lied to her and told her the suspect was a "German" because they did not want the case to support right-wing politician @geertwilderspvv.
The prosecution even dropped the case. For political reasons? The family will never know, but the Iraqi, Jamal T., is finally being brought to court and tried after her parents fought for years for his prosecution.
In fact, it was discovered that all four men in the car had an Iraqi background.
When she learned this information, she told Dutch media that the police responded that they had withheld the real background “because we didn’t want to create a Wilders-effect.” She described this as a “second blow” after losing her child, emphasizing that they should have been honest rather than offering “political excuses.”
The driver did not just flee the scene in Zeedijk, but evidence suggests that her body was moved at the scene of the accident. He claimed, however, that he never noticed hitting the girl, saying he thought he hit “something” but did not know it was a human. Nevertheless, Tamar was hit so hard by the impact that the coroner said she died instantly.
Despite driving away from the scene of the girl’s death, he was given only a €1,500 fine for looking at his phone while driving. However, he was not even delivered the fine, as he disappeared and the fine was “undeliverable” for years.
The family finally took matters into their own hands. They filed an Article 12 procedure, a legal mechanism allowing citizens to challenge a prosecutor’s refusal to take a case to trial. Now, finally, after six years, the 33-year-old Iraqi is being prosecuted for the fatal accident and fleeing the scene.
Police and prosecutors lied to the entire family for “political reasons” to hide the identity of the killer, according to the mother. Then, the family had to take matters into their own hands to force the case to trial.
The European legal system at work.
You can generally get a good idea of how good Wuthering Waves is doing by how active these accounts are:
This is honkedai(chino chattino)
Thong purin
Hoyo watchdog
Euphoralized
Eizen anazaki
Arkbigfanjp
More activity: better patch.
Considering that they're going out of their way to be toxic outside of their own bubble, it really speaks to just how good Wuthering Waves' 3.4 patch is.

Bruh ever since the collab glaze started to occur, this one has been constantly crying the loudest on my TL.

What's happening in LA is extremely abnormal. How did Spencer Pratt go from a 77% chance of advancing to now a 0.5% chance?
California is now blocking the Feds from checking into the election.
Prior to the election in May, Governor Newsom signed SB 73. This law, effective immediately before the June 2 primary, prohibits unauthorized access, disruption, modification, or seizure of voter rolls, voter lists, or certified voting technology by law enforcement (including federal agents) without a court order or specific state election law investigation.
GIVE THE PEOPLE TRANSPARENCY
@TheMicahCarta@HazelAppleyard so many people that don't know the law. A gift can't be taken back,no matter what happened afterwards.
when you made clear it's a gift and she accepted it ownership transferred to her.
you can take the receipt and shove it down your throat,it won't change the outcome
How did a 10-year-old White British girl turn into a skinhead Neo-Nazi by 18, when she attempted to murder a Mohamed with an axe? She was sentenced to 19 years in prison last May.
The official police story is that social media radicalized her. Or her contacts with Patriotic Alternative.
The real story is that her family was made homeless, evicted, and denied shelter, and their belongings confiscated by the council.
She spent three years from age 10 living in hotel rooms, whereas migrants jumping off the boat all got free housing.
The government radicalized her, and then punished her for it. This is what happens when states attack their own people.
I wish more collabs were like the Wuthering Waves x Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. It's more of an epilogue to the source material than the standard filler collab you usually see in other games.
It gives Lucy such good closure, which is something the anime skipped over.
