The outer bands of Hurricane Helene have started to impact Duval County. As conditions deteriorate, trees and power lines may receive damage from strong winds.
If you encounter a downed tree or power line, report it to 904-630-CITY.
⚠️ NEVER touch or go near a fallen power line, and do not touch anything on which the wire is resting.
Reminder- there are five open shelters in Duval County if you need to seek shelter from Helene:
