Apparently @cromaretail and @TCL_Global both have stated that i can go ahead and file a lawsuit on them for their terrible customer service. It’s been almost 2 months without any technician or store technician visit and our T.V is now GOOD FOR NOTHING #scammers

So this was the email they sent me claiming they will send a technician at the mentioned time in the email. No customer support nor the technical support from @TCL_Global and @cromaretail. @cromaretail dropping all standards low!😡😡😡

Lately the service @cromaretail is providing is close to shit. It doesn’t get better, yes it’s keeps getting worse! @TCL_Global has to be the worst brand ever with absolutely no customer service. It’s been weeks i’ve been contacting both and neither have acknowledged.
