@lululemon encountered the worst experience at 5th Ave & 48th St store in NYC. Arrived at 7:45pm which is still within store hours, and they rudely wouldn’t let me in even though I told them I only needed to buy a quick gift card. Your online hours should be updated in this case

@ZARA_Care I’m at your 34th St store in NYC. Why does your app say you close at 9pm on the 22nd (along with several other locations in NYC), but the store itself is closing at 8pm? The entire staff including the manager seems unaware the app said 9pm… highly disorganized
