The biggest shift AI has brought to my work isn't speed.
It's helping me start with a first draft instead of a blank page.
Whether it's a JD, an HR communication, or an automation workflow, I now spend more time improving ideas than creating them from scratch.
I don't think AI will replace recruiters.
I do think it will replace hours of repetitive work.
The real opportunity isn't doing HR with AI.
It's doing better HR because of AI.
