My order? 3 units ordered. 1 wrong-brand unit received.

@AmazonHelp Problem is the policy and not the resolution here. Customer buys a product—> Pays for it—> Get a wrong/no item—> Escalates it after just one day of refund window—> Amazon says - Not my problem. Seller should respond —> if not you lose your hard earned money. We don’t care 🤷
