@AmazonHelp Third time …. That I needed my account reinstated to MY email address and phone number was assured it had been escalated to the highest level …. Then got same email again and lo and behold yet again told me no account associated with my email address or phone number . I can’t

@AmazonHelp That does not help as it is not my issseord that is the problem . I received an email saying the email address connected to my account had been changed ….and the phone number . I did not obviously request this change so contacted online support , they escalated it supposedly
