@EE Can you please confirm if there are issues with EE mobile phone calling in Dundee/Fife areas? I've been trying to call out since 5pm and nothing connecting. WiFi and 4/5G connections are fine but no phone functionality. Not great when you've just told us that prices are rising 🙁

Many thanks to engineers from @WeAreOpenreach who have restored our broadband service after road contractors managed to cut the fibre cable outside our village, leaving 4,500 households (and businesses) without broadband for almost 2 days! 👏👏 @OpenreachHelp

@EE Thanks for replying. Apparently the main cable was cut by contractors doing roadworks outside our village so it could be a while before broadband is restored for all networks. Any chance of getting some free extra data to allow us to use mobile hotspots please?

#MyUKGermanFriendship started in 1986 when I stayed with the penpal I was matched with from the Perth-Aschaffenburg pupil exchange. We're still friends today and continue to visit each other. I went on to do a degree in German and lived in Bad Ems for a year #HappyMemories
