Technically, it’s our decision to let our children stay at home but they do face consequences as they end up missing class material. It isn’t so simple to just let children stay home. A few snow days here and there will not hurt and rather prevent accidents.

There’s no sidewalks, driving conditions are terrible in most neighbourhoods and black ice is starting to form. Don’t expect this to all clear up overnight. Please make the right decision.

All of the parents at our school are extremely worried about the overall conditions of both roads and sidewalks. It is apparent that nothing in our area has been dealt with making it extremely dangerous to drive to and walk for our children.
