If salaries, utilities, travel, maintenance, fuel, training, procurable items, and other expenditures already have specific vote heads, what exactly is hidden under this vague and ever-expanding category?

Even more troubling, the Constitution requires parliamentary approval for all public borrowing. Yet billions are spent under opaque budget lines that escape meaningful scrutiny.

Kenyans deserve transparency, not blank cheques for wastage, mismanagement, and theft. Every shilling collected from taxpayers must be traceable, justified, and accounted for.

Let me share some uncomfortable information

The data Centres they are seeking to build will be the surveillance centres. They will act like the prison warden, monitoring and allocating punishments and giving scores.

For those data Centres to work, they will need FRESH WATER to cool the hardware.

They will need to divert water from entire dams towards the data centre. For example all the water feeding the Nairobi population will need to be diverted to the data centres for cooling the systems.

We have not talked about radiation that they will produce and affect the populations living in the environs

I have filed a constitutional petition at the Milimani High Court Nairobi, Constitutional and Human Rights Court, petition number HCCHRPET/E380/2026.

This is a petition challenging the alleged blocking of Kenyans on social media by state and state actors.

Together with Olive Naisenkei Ambrose @OliveAmbrose6 ,

We are arguing that accounts used by state and state actors for official dissemination of information function as public accounts and therefore, the impugned act of blocking Kenyans on social media platforms by these accounts violates Articles 10, 27, 33, 35, and 47 of the CoK 2010 as well as Sections 4 and 6 of the Access to Information Act,2016.
