Anyone else think the @hinge ban is unfair? Loved the app & absolutely did NOT violate any terms or conditions. I do believe that if I have been accused of something I should have the right to know what it is & be given an opportunity to defend myself!

@UnitedAirlines_ I was told that you require negative Covid tests to fly. Not even a little bit true? I asked the gate agent as I checked in & she told me no. You don’t skip seats for safety & don’t require negative tests? Shame shame shame. Never will I fly you again.

Why can't @LATAMAirlinesUS answer a simple question with a simple answer? All I require is a phone number and address for your legal department. No need to add the request to my current case. A case I've received no answers to in over 9 months.
