Visit smaller cities, like Regensburg in Germany, Salzburg in Austria, Dubrovnik or Split in Croatia, Bergen in Norway. Some big cities like Hamburg and Vienna are really nice. Avoid Berlin and Paris!

My turn leading the pack in the last 40km in the marathon yesterday. My right hamstring and left inner thigh were crapping with every pedal turn. I managed to deliver a good 40km/h for a few kilometres each time I was up.

Heut hab ich beim Arber Radmarathon teilgenommen und die Tour C (125km) zum Ende in knapp unter 4,5 Stunden geschafft.
