It is shocking that in the 21st Century, anybody is forced to perform dental surgery on themselves with pliers, or increasingly, with kits purchased online.

I'm working as Chair of the North Devon Dental Steering Group and with my Lib Dem colleagues across the South West to push for an increase in dental student places...because without more dentists, those 700,000 appointments are a long way off.

So here's a prediction for you, unless there is biblical amounts of rain over the next few weeks by the end of August most of England will be operating under a hose pipe ban. Severn Trent, Anglian Water, Thames Water, Souther Water et al.

And while that's going on remember this this, they've taken £84 billion of our money out of those companies, saddled them with £74 billion in debt and in return we can't even turn our taps on.

Today, MPs will vote on cutting £3,000 a year from 750,000 low-income sick and disabled people deemed too ill to work.

That’s a £2 BILLION cut.

This has had hardly any media coverage.

And the Government snuck out the Impact Assessment only last night.
