The questions were excellent — especially the discussion around how lawyers can actually use AI day-to-day without stepping over ethics, confidentiality, or common sense. That’s always my favorite part of these talks.

We covered a lot of ground, including tools like @goclio Work, @thomsonreuters CoCounsel, @LexisNexis AI, Ajax, NotebookLM, Claude (Plus), ChatGPT (Pro) — and of course @skribe_ai — all through the lens of real-world litigation workflows (not hype, not theory).

Also great bumping into Elijah Rosenfeld of Lucent Discovery, who sponsored the luncheon — always nice seeing familiar faces in the Austin legal community.

I recently convinced the San Antonio Bar Association to let us talk about robots 🤖 (ok fine—AI tools like Lexis+ AI, Vincent, Claude, NotebookLM & @skribe_ai).

We broke down ASR vs generative AI, deepfakes (mandatory in 2025), and how litigators can save time and do a better job for their clients by embracing technology.
