@PublicStorage - my 12th floor unit at 385 Gerard Ave. Has not had sufficient air conditioning if any at all for quite a while. Is someone working on this?. My contract States this is for a climate controlled space. Appreciate a prompt reply on this.

@digifigs_1 @NYCMayor @NYCHousing Absolutely @digifigs_1 - the city is one of the more egregious cases poorly maintained housing. Definitely HUD kicks in a lot from what I know. They have Wayyyy too many units in disrepair.

@HP - Spent 3+ hours with my elderly mom's 5 year old Office Jet. Repeated "cartridge missing or damaged" messages. Have replaces offending cartridge twice, cleaned everything, updated firmware. The virtual assistant provided zero help. Any ideas? Or is 5 years the lifespan?
