Ago, the delivery driver said he'd handed it to reaident then added a photo that he'd delivered it on the wet floor literally just on my doorstep..surprise surprise when I opened the door (as we were in & he DIDN'T knock or ring the bell) there was nothing there!!!

@BeeNetwork Already filled form out, & when we phoned the snotty guy on the other end said nothing he can do, fill form out online....apparently no one can contact drivers anymore...my dad was a driver for 20 years (even on 135 route back in the day) & anyone was able to radio through....
