@HeyLifeboat I feel it's worth adding that this isn't just veterans with no teaching background, it's veterans or their spouses who *don't even need a college degree and whose only training will be 12 hours observing a classroom.* I don't even know where to begin

In the last 24 hours, I've written just over 2,000 words. Admittedly, that doesn't sound like much, but it's the first writing I've done since my daughter was born last month, and goodness, does that feel fantastic.
