I have made challan pmt using Gpay! Unfortunately, ur systems don't reflect the successful pmt & hence, my vehicle is not being released. If ur systems are not upto mark, why are you offering to accept challan pmts in the first place? Need urgent assistance pls!

@RailwaySeva I booked the ticket with two adults and two infants (without berth). After booking, two seats are allotted but the ticket displays only the name of infants without adults. Also full fare is deducted for two adults. The TTE says we didn't book tickets for adults. Kindly help
