Bank employees have demonstrated patience, but continual delays on the 5-day week policy must end for the sake of workplace harmony. #5DayWeekandFairPLI#AIBOC@PMOIndia
Retaining a single settlement process is integral to eliminating discrepancies between former agreements and current policies. #5DayWeekandFairPLI#AIBOC@PMOIndia
India’s Bank employees seek two things rooted in fairness and dignity at work.
#5DayWeekandFairPLI
The demand for a 5 Day Work Week in banks is not new. It already stands agreed upon in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. What remains is its long-pending implementation.
At the same time, the unilateral and discriminatory PLI system must be abolished and replaced with a fair, transparent and inclusive framework for all employees, recognising the collective effort behind every institution’s performance.
Hardworking bank employees are not asking for privilege. They are asking for implementation of an agreement and equality in reward.
A motivated banking workforce strengthens Indian banking and the nation.
@PMOIndia
SC was initially fixing our UGC Case for final arguments on 10th August.
But I have requested for either “Stay the Exams” or “Hear it Urgently in this week itself”.
On my request, SC has preponed it & fixed it on 31 July.
Big Victory for all Students✌🏻

Last week, NSUI Petition was Dismissed by SC.
But today, Hon’ble Court has carefully understood our points & has Urgently issued Notice in it, for which I am Grateful to Hon’ble Court.
I am also Grateful to each one of you, for your very kind support🙏🏻

-I am sure SC will reject UGC Reply tomorrow & grant relief to Students
-We are meticulously preparing for tomorrow Hearing
Just to please someone you can't play with the future and lives of students. States like Maharashtra, Delhi, West Bengal, M.P, Punjab are against taking exams for final year students.
Why so much interest in conducting exams??
Answer @ugc_india#JusticeForKarnatakaStudents
