3/4 I reported the issue through @RailwaySeva at 9:18 PM. It was quickly taken up by DRM/Guntakal and then forwarded to the concerned SrDSTE/GTL. By 10:27 PM, I received confirmation that the affected CIB boards were attended to, updated, and are now working normally.

2/4 At around 7:40 PM, while arriving at Dharmavaram Junction (DMM), I noticed inconsistency on Platform 2 Coach Indication Boards. Some were still showing “SCR” while others had already been updated to “South Coast Railway”. Uniformity matters during such a transition.

Issue is genuine at DMM. Tuticorin–Okha Vivek Exp got priority, while Train No. 66560 (~250 passengers) was shifted to PF 3, causing unsafe crowding.

Kindly verify via logs/CCTV and act. This is recurring.

Worst platform management at DMM today.

A near-empty train got priority, while ~250 passengers were pushed to Platform 3, causing chaos and inconvenience.

Is passenger safety ignored? Urgently need better planning and an additional FOB.

Request @drmgtl @srdomgtl to kindly look into this urgently. This is a recurring issue at DMM with poor platform allocation causing heavy crowd.

Please share what corrective steps will be taken and timeline, including feasibility of an additional FOB.

Train 66560 turns into a moving crowd after Dharmavaram Junction — extreme overcrowding, no space to stand, zero passenger comfort.
Why no action despite daily rush? Increase frequency or capacity NOW.
