@GoibiboSupport @IndiGo6E My flight on 6th December was cancelled under 24 hours and I've received refund after the deduction of convenience fees. Under the DGCA CAR rules this clearly is illegal and I request you to revert the deduction and process my refund completely.

@makemytripcare I cancelled my air india express flight booked (PNR : Q5RJYZ) at mmt through airline. Although airline has refunded the amount to you, my request has been turned down stating refund is not applicable as per the airline. What kind of scam is this?

@flipkartsupport samsung s23 but the sale price is higher than the starting price guaranteed. Also i am not able to upgrade the variant memory while ordering. Please assist with same, else this is clearly moving towards a scam

I have since been trying to contact RPO, Bhopal for getting this sorted. Called them for more than 25 times, it just keeps ringing. Mailed them a week ago, but no reply. Customer care has no idea what to do and they deny to register a complaint.
